International Shipping: For orders placed outside of the UK via www.kyennhouse.com or www.kyenn.co.uk, you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or local clearance fees.

Handcrafted Goods: Please note that certain handcrafted leather items may have a specific lead time for production before they are dispatched.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our policy for returns is as follows:

Standard Items: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Perishable Goods: Due to their nature, coffee products and other food items cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, unless the product is faulty.

Custom or Personalised Orders: Bespoke leather goods or items made to your specific requirements are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
